I’m proud to serve as Finance Chair for FemCity Nashville, a heart-centered women’s business community rooted in connection, collaboration, and intentional growth.

In this role, I bring my love for systems, structure, and strategy to support the chapter behind the scenes. My goal is simple: to ensure our finances are not just organized, but empowering by creating clarity and stability so the community can continue to grow and serve women well.

As the founder of Kendra Harris.Co and a Business Doctor of Organization, my work centers on helping overwhelmed, high-performing business owners reclaim their time, reduce stress, and build businesses that support real life. That same philosophy guides how I show up in leadership. Strong systems create freedom, and thoughtful structure allows people to focus on what matters most.
