How It Works

1. Discovery Call – We’ll talk about your goals, challenges, and priorities, and decide on the type of support that will make the biggest impact.

2. Onboarding – You will sign your service agreement, pay your first invoice, and complete the password form.

3. Custom Plan – Schedule your kick-off call, which is when we will walk through your priorities, map out the plan, and get everything set up so we can hit the ground running.

4. Ongoing Support – We take care of the execution and management so your time is finally yours again.

    In short, a VA handles the “doing,” while an OBM manages the “running.” We’ll talk through your needs during your Discovery Call to see which level of support is the best fit.

  • The cost depends on the type of support you need and how often you need it. We offer flexible options so we can create a plan that fits your goals, schedule, and budget.

    We’ll go over all the details during your Discovery Call, and by the time we hang up, you’ll know exactly what works best for you. Our priority is making sure you get the right level of support without paying for things you don’t need.

  • Our services are highly flexible and tailored to align perfectly with your specific need which enables you to optimize productivity without unnecessary commitments. We’ll talk through the best fit for your situation during your Discovery Call so you’ll walk away knowing exactly what will work for you.

  • We work on a flexible schedule, and our availability varies from day to day. When we begin working together, you’ll receive a weekly Monday email with a summary of the hours used the prior week and your total for the month. We’ll set clear expectations for communication and availability during your Discovery Call, and you’re welcome to ask as many questions as you’d like so you feel completely confident moving forward.
