Why Systems Matter in Leadership Recognition: My Nomination of Natalie Siston for FemCity’s Women to Know
Recognition in business is not just about visibility. It is about impact, consistency, and the ability to create meaningful change over time. When FemCity introduced its member-driven “Women to Know” award, it created an opportunity to highlight women who are not only leading, but building something that lasts.
That is exactly why I chose to nominate Natalie Siston.
What FemCity’s “Women to Know” Represents
The “Women to Know” award recognizes women who embody resilience, leadership, community, and the power of women supporting women. These are not surface-level achievements. These are women doing real work that creates lasting change. With that in mind, my nomination focused on more than Natalie’s visibility. It focused on the structure behind her impact.
Why I Nominated Natalie Siston
Below is my original nomination, which speaks directly to who Natalie is and the work she continues to do:
“Natalie Siston is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and bestselling author of Let Her Out: Reclaim Who You Have Always Been. She helps growth-minded professionals break through burnout, rediscover their inner voice, and lead with bold authenticity.
Natalie Siston should be celebrated as a FemCity Woman to Know because she is creating real, measurable impact by helping women reconnect with who they truly are and lead with courage, clarity, and purpose.
For years, Natalie has been building the Let Her Out movement, a global platform focused on empowering women to stop shrinking, stop performing for approval, and start living and leading from their authentic selves. Through speaking, coaching, community events, and her book Let Her Out, she has helped thousands of women break through self-doubt, reclaim their voice, and step into leadership in their careers, families, and personal lives. This is not surface-level motivation. It is identity-level transformation.
What makes Natalie’s work especially powerful is the heart behind it. She leads with empathy, integrity, and an unwavering belief in other women. People are naturally drawn to her because she creates spaces where women feel seen, safe, and supported while still being challenged to grow. She blends emotional intelligence, mental fitness, and practical tools in a way that produces lasting change instead of temporary inspiration.
I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Natalie for almost a year, and what stands out most is her consistency in showing up for others. Whether she’s mentoring women one-on-one, speaking to corporate teams, or building community through Let Her Out Live events, she leads with the same level of care and excellence. Her work doesn’t stop when the microphone turns off. She continues to invest deeply in the people she serves.
Natalie doesn’t just talk about empowerment. She builds systems, programs, and communities that make it sustainable. She is changing the way women show up in leadership, relationships, and life itself. Her impact, her heart, and her commitment to lifting other women make her exactly the kind of leader FemCity exists to celebrate.”
The Systems Behind Sustainable Impact
What stood out to me in working with Natalie is not just her message. It is how she delivers that message consistently across every touchpoint. This is where many leaders struggle. They have the vision, but not the operational foundation to sustain it.
Natalie has both.
As an Online Business Manager and Systems Strategist, this is the layer I pay attention to. Impact without structure is difficult to maintain. Recognition like this often reflects what is happening behind the scenes just as much as what is visible on stage.
Recognition Backed by Real Work
FemCity’s acknowledgment of Natalie reinforces something I see often in my work. The women who rise into these spaces are not guessing their way there. They are building intentionally.
They are refining processes. They are creating repeatable experiences. They are showing up consistently.
Natalie’s work is a clear example of what happens when purpose and systems align.
If you are building a business that is meant to grow, scale, or create lasting impact, the structure behind your work matters just as much as the work itself. That is where I come in. I help business owners put the systems in place that allow their vision to operate efficiently, consistently, and sustainably.

This was Natalie and I meeting in real life for the very first time!
We had worked together for a year when we realized we’d both be in the Caribbean at the same time. And before you ask, no, we weren’t even on the same cruise ship.
By complete coincidence, we both docked in Puerto Rico on the same day… and the rest is history.
