Guest Co-Hosting Connect & Cultivate: Intentional Networking That Supports Real Growth

I had the opportunity to serve as a guest co-host for Connect & Cultivate, an intentional monthly networking session designed for heart-centered women with service-based businesses.

Unlike traditional networking events, Connect & Cultivate is built around meaningful conversation, small-group breakout rooms, and connection that fits into real life. As an Online Business Manager, I see firsthand how often business owners are overwhelmed not by lack of effort, but by lack of clarity, systems, and support. This session created space to talk about all three.

During our breakout discussions, we explored questions that many business owners are quietly carrying:

  • What is one system, app, or habit you couldn’t run your business without right now?

  • What task has been sitting on your to-do list far too long, and why hasn’t it moved?

  • What is something you’ve learned from another business owner that changed the way you work?

The answers sparked honest conversation around prioritization, decision fatigue, and the value of learning from one another. These are the same themes that show up repeatedly in my client work and reinforce why intentional systems and relationships matter.

Connect & Cultivate reflects a belief I share deeply: sustainable businesses are built through clarity, consistency, and community. When business owners are given space to connect thoughtfully, growth becomes more manageable and far less isolating.
