Natalie Siston
International Speaker, Executive Coach, and Best-Selling Author of Let Her Out
Natalie helps growth-minded professionals break through burnout, rediscover their inner voice, and lead with bold authenticity. With 20+ years of experience in leadership development, culture building, and executive coaching, she brings credibility and relatability to every stage.
“Having worked alongside Natalie, I know Permission Granted comes from a very real place. She doesn’t just encourage people to trust who they are and show up fully. She lives it herself. I’ve watched her create the kind of space where people stop second-guessing themselves, say the things they’ve been afraid to say, and give themselves permission to make changes they’ve been putting off. People don’t just leave feeling more confident. They leave ready to trust themselves and move forward differently.” -Kendra
Jaime Elizondo
International Speaker, Grey Cup Champion Coach, and Best-Selling Author of CRUSH-IT
Jaime has spent more than 25 years building winners in the most unforgiving performance environment there is: professional football. Today, he brings that same championship system to CEOs, executive teams, and elite athletes, engineering the mindset, habits, and culture that turn talented teams into consistent performers when the stakes are highest.
“Being part of Jaime’s team from the early days, when there were just three of us, has given me a front-row seat to the way he leads. From earning a law degree to coaching football at the highest levels, his experiences are incredible, but it’s what he does with them that sets him apart. I’ve watched him take a room through stories, lessons, and hard truths that don’t just change the way people think. People leave ready to take action, and they do.” -Kendra
Maureen Zappala
Keynote Speaker, Author, and Architect of The Performance Principle™
Former NASA propulsion engineer—aka “rocket scientist”—Maureen Zappala equips high performers to execute under pressure and move beyond the self-doubt of impostor syndrome. She spent 14 years at NASA’s Lewis Research Center, (now Glenn Research Center) where she became the first woman and youngest Facility Manager of the Propulsion Systems Laboratory. Because she experienced impostor syndrome throughout much of her career, she knows how to guide your people through it, too.
“Maureen has a way of captivating a room from the moment she starts speaking. She combines incredible experiences with humor, storytelling, and those ‘me too!’ moments that make you feel like she’s talking directly to you. You laugh, you relate, and before you know it, you’re seeing yourself and what’s possible a little differently.” -Kendra
