NAWBO Nashville Member Spotlight: Building Life-First Business Systems That Support Real Growth

Growing a business shouldn’t come at the cost of burnout, constant overwhelm, or sacrificing what matters most. That belief sits at the core of my work as an Online Business Manager and is what made being featured as a NAWBO Nashville Member Spotlight especially meaningful.

In this feature, I shared my journey from 15 years in education into online business management, along with how my background in leadership, systems thinking, and service has shaped the way I support women business owners today. My work focuses on helping high-performing entrepreneurs streamline operations, simplify backend systems, and build structure that supports sustainable growth without chaos.

We also discussed the realities many women face when starting and scaling businesses, from imposter syndrome to balancing leadership with family life, and why community and intentional support organizations like NAWBO provide are so valuable.

This spotlight reflects what I believe deeply: when women are given the right tools, systems, and support, they don’t just grow businesses. They build lives they don’t need to escape from.
